Once the item has been prepared we powder coat it in your choice of colour. We can also finish certain colours off with a clear lacquer coat which gives additional protection and extra shine. Fencing, large and small machined parts, alloy wheels, garden furniture, motorcycle parts, push bikes…..you name it, we can coat it.
We offer a number of wheel refurbishment services with a turnaround to suit your needs.
We can repair then refurbish your alloy wheels, refitting and re-balancing your tyres afterwards. We can also paint your calipers in a variety of different colours in our specially made high temperature caliper paint.
We have both a cabinet and a walk in shot blasting unit. This allows us to strip and prepare items up to 5 metres long, such as fencing and car chassis.
Shot blasting can be very useful for old items such as radiators which have accumulated dirt and many layers of paint over the years.

Our largest oven is 5 metres long and 3 metres high with a rail system to move large items in and out. This allows us to powder coat a wide range of items.
One of our largest projects was to powder coat all of the panels for the NCP car park which is attached to the Red Rock Light Cinema complex in Stockport. The panels were coated using a 5 stage process which included keying the metal, treating them with t-wash, applying a zinc primer under coat and finally an architectural grade colour finish.
