Cyclone Powder Coating is a Greater Manchester / Stockport based powder coater which specialises in coating a variety of different metals. We can powder coat a number of different items; ranging from shop fittings to alloy wheel refurbishment and everything in-between. We are located in Cheadle just off the M60 allows us to service far reaching customers with ease. Our reputation is such that we have customers traveling to us from as far as Liverpool. We have a huge selection of different colours available and have the ability to get most colours delivered next day. If your item has been painted previously we begin the process by removing the old paint in using a pressure fed shot blasting system. We then spray the item with electrically charged powder particles which stick to all of the hard to reach areas; the item is then placed in an oven to cure. Once cooled the powder coating provides an incredibly durable and weather proof finish. The powder is durable to a high temperature and is ideal for items such as inlet manifolds, brake callipers and cam covers. Powder coating is also ideal for shop fixtures and fittings as it can transform the look of your business with a simple refreshing colour change.
